Sexual and Reproductive Health is one of the key focus areas of the Centre for Solutions Journalism (CSJNEWS). Guided by four principles that women’s human rights should be respected, protected and fulfilled; no woman’s health or life should be placed at risk because safe abortion services are not available to her; abortion should not be restricted, prohibited or criminalized and the centre’s belief that safe and legal abortion is a woman’s human right, both board members and employees are advocating for the same. Martin Kalimbe making a presentation at a meeting organized by Coalition for the Prevention of Unsafe Abortion in Malawi why it is important for Malawi to reform abortion law. Rev. Fr. Kalimbe is one the reproductive health champions in Malawi.
